Carola has always been an active person with a strong passion for sports and nature. As a former ballet dancer, she developed a deep interest in human movement and injury recovery, which inspired her to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.
After completing her studies, she began working immediately in the musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation field, eventually becoming the head physiotherapist for elite rugby and basketball teams.
Carola has gained extensive experience in sports such as rugby, basketball, volleyball and tennis, and she has worked in highly specialized, evidence-based sports clinics. Later in her career, she also became a certified Reformer Pilates instructor.

At PHYSIOZH, Carola’s approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, with a strong focus on guiding patients toward full recovery. She emphasizes patient education, helping individuals understand their injuries and learn how to manage them effectively in the long term.
